Anyone with a link can add stock entries. No login needed. A link expires after the days you choose. You can cancel it any time. Old entries stay.
Tap + Add product, take photos, type the wholesale rate and shop name, then tap Save. Nothing can be deleted, and every edit keeps the old values.

Planned quantity cannot go below what is already bought. Changes work only while the order is open.
Gmail is the login ID. Products, purchases and wallet are linked to it, so it cannot be changed here.
